One verified knowledge base, everywhere — and never duplicated

Verified Guru cards publish to the Zoho + Crisp help centers and the chat AI — and PATCH in place by ID, so nothing is filed by hand and nothing duplicates.

One verified knowledge base, everywhere — and never duplicated
// the problem

They wanted knowledge managed in ONE place — Guru — and every verified card to flow out to the two knowledge bases customers and the bot actually read (Zoho and Crisp), plus the AI that auto-answers first-line chats. The hard part: an edited card had to update in place, never spawn a duplicate.

// how it works
Guru

A card is verified — the single source of truth.

Knowledge is managed in one place; only verified cards ever move downstream, each carrying its own ID.

Zapier

Catches the verified card with its unique ID the moment it fires.

Match on ID

New ID → publish a new article. Seen-before ID → patch the existing one.

The card ID is the key: it decides create-vs-update, so the same article is never published twice.

Zoho + Crisp

New cards are published; edited cards are PATCHed in place via API — in both the Zoho help center and Crisp.

Both knowledge bases customers read stay identical to Guru, with zero duplicate articles.

Crisp AI

The same verified content feeds the first-line chat AI.

So the bot that answers customers first always works from the latest approved version, never a stale copy.

Verified knowledge now publishes and updates itself across the help center, Crisp, and the chat AI — no one publishing, editing, or deleting KB articles by hand, and never a duplicate.
